general terms and conditions

1. Registration
Please register as early as possible in writing, via e-mail or phone. The registration will be confirmed and is then binding.

2. Prices
The prices are meant to be per person and include (if there is nothing other mentioned) only the tax for the guide. The expenses and costs of the guide, all extra costs like hotel/ guesthouse/ halfboard - double room or hut/ halfboard - bed, transfers, cablecars, lifts, rented equipment and so on are not included.

3. Payment
With the registration or the written confirmation a deposit of EUR 50.-- per person becomes payable, for international trips the deposit amounts to 20 % per person of the whole price. The ret of the amount becomes due at the beginning of the trip or course. Payment immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

4. Service
As you like we are organising transfer and rentable equipment aso. The costs for these services are accounted on the effort or through mileage allowance.

5. Restriction of liability and cancellation
You can cancel every trip or course before it starts, but you have to cancel in writing.

One- or 2-day events:
Cancellation until 14 days to the beginning  of the trip: handling charge EUR 50.-- /person
Cancellation until 7 days to the beginning  of the trip: 50 % of the whole price, Cancellation within 7 days to the beginning  of the trip: 100 % of the whole price

3-day to Weekly- events, mountaineering- and skitouring- travels:
until 30 days to the start we keep the deposit as a handling charge, but minimum EUR 100.-- /person. If you cancel later the following costs emerge: until 14 days - 50 %, until 7 days - 75 % and for later cancellation 100 % of the costs.

If you quit during a tripor event there is no claim to refund.

Our guides reserve the right to charge, reduce or extend the program because of unpredictable causes. There is also no claim to refund for events that have been cancelled because of the weather-conditions, for reasons of safety or because of the participants own fault.

Events and guidings can only take place on the agreed conditions if the minimum number of participants is set.

6. Equipment / Conditions
For all trips a standard mountaineering- equipment, stable boots, weather-proofed clothing, sun glasses, gloves and cap are necessary. Of course we are into advising you. Special equipment like climing harness, crampons, ice axe etc. can also be rented after prior consultation.

Physical fitness and health is depending on the trip. If  necessary please consult your doctor or sports  physician.

7. Insurance
We recommend to take out an accident and travel- insurance and eventually a insurance for travel expenses for the case of illness.

8. Data
By booking, you expressly permit us to use and store your data for the processing of the booked tour / trip and to provide you with information electronically. Furthermore, you expressly permit the use of photos and images on which you were photographed for presentations in Folders and public like Internet Homepage,  Insatgram / Facebook. Based on the provisions of the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) as amended by the Data Protection Amendment Act 2018 and Data Protection -Deregulation Act 2018, you have the right at any time to cancel the sending of newsletters or other information material and to request the deletion of your data. The content of these General Terms and Conditions will be the content of your contract with us even if it was closed orally or by phone.
